Our Philosophy
We cook over charcoal the way grandmothers did — slowly, patiently, letting the fire do its work. The smoke is the seasoning you can't fake.
Rau thơm, lemongrass, laksa leaf, perilla — our herb garden is harvested each morning. Fresh is not optional. It's the whole point.
